MUU promotes and supports outdoor education and activity with in the Reykjavik department of education. 

The main objective is to
  • advance interest among teachers and facilitators in outdoor education and activity
  •  make outdoor education and activity a well know tool for teachers and facilitators.
  • insure that student experience of education has a variety of different types of outdoor activity and connection to nature. 
  • advance facilities and resources in schools for outdoor education and activity.
